Evaluating swath, or swathing, is always a good idea, whether you are flying a drone, calibrating boomless nozzles, or evaluating precision agriculture spray performance.  You don't need a Swath Gobbler to do this and make a visual assessment. Food grade dye and bond calculator paper are good, inexpensive alternatives to water sensing paper, costing only a few dollars per assessment and resulting in a permanent, complete record of the swath in the resulting paper roll. Our custom 3-D printed paper spooler, used with your standard drill, makes paper collection quick and painless. We offer all the supplies you need here, along with free plans for collector boards.
