Used for the demonstration and education of sprayer application (PPP flow, types of nozzles, cleaning, etc.)

Used for visualizing the flow of PPP's, effect of pressure on nozzle type, difference in nozzle type, cleaning procedures, etc. in order to increase operator awareness on factors that can influence the complete spraying process.

The demo sprayer was developed to show all normal functions of a sprayer (pressure regulation, shut off/on, section control valves with adjustable return, hydraulic agitation, spray boom heights, nozzle distances of 25 and 50 cm etc.). These parts are made to be as transparent as possible, to be able to follow the liquid through the spraying process. Recirculation systems are optional.

Optional: The sprayer can be equipped with an extra cleaning kit that can be used to demonstrate different cleaning procedures (triple rinsing/continuous cleaning/etc.)

The spray boom has eleven nozzle bodies (at 25 cm each) divided in three sections
230V electric driven pump with a capacity of 20 l/min at a maximum pressure of 20 bar
The spray boom can be placed at different height intervals
A small patternator can be used to check the distribution underneath the boom
All nozzle bodies can be individually closed.
Transparent tubes and tank show all the internal actions in the sprayer
To better illustrate the functioning of the rotating nozzles, led lights are mounted under in the tank
All parts of the demo sprayer are made of aluminum or stainless steel to guarantee a long life time
